The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
Looking For Inspirational Teens

Hi, everyone!

In the spirit of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire premiering later this month, I thought it might be fun to have a contest featuring Teens Who Make A Difference In Their Community! Much like the brave and inspiring actions of Katniss and Peeta, turns out there are a ton of teenagers around the country that should be given major kudos. Teens have displayed an amazing amount of determination, vigor, and passion to help others in 2013 – so let’s meet them!

What I’m looking for is their story of what makes them an inspiration! If you have or know of a teen like this, please send me an email at jackie AT jackiesmagicalmoments DOTCOM and include their photo. I will feature every entry that I receive before 11.30.2013 right here on my blog and the winner will be sent a fantastic prize pack* from the folks at Lionsgate! Tick Tock!

*Updated [to add prize pack information]:

-Fandango $20 gift card
-Subway $10 gift card
-THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE Revolution iPhone 5 Case
-THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE Journal
-Poster

Entries must be received by no later than 12.6.2013 to be considered to win!

I absolutely love this idea. Teens are always in the new for doing bad things so it nice to see some being recognized for doing good things.

  5. I love this! I have a whole youth group of amazing teens who do amazing things for our church and community! I won’t nominate ALL of them, but know there are lots of awesome teens out there! :)

  6. What a great idea Jackie! These days you just seem to hear about the bad things, I can’t wait to hear about all of the inspirational teens out there!!
